About Maddox-Collier
Born and raised in South Tampa, we are daughters of Realtors and a team of two sisters with over 17 years of combined local real estate expertise. As a Top Producing Duo, we know the Tampa Bay area and the South Tampa market intimately, including Lutz, the Gulf Beaches, and Anna Maria Island. From questions about Public and Private Schools, service and social clubs, youth sports teams, restaurants and hot spots around town, commute times, or just the pros and cons of living in a particular neighborhood, we will certainly have the information you need to make an informed decision. Both of us are graduates of H.B. Plant High School and Florida State University where we both became members of Delta Delta Delta national sorority. For us, real estate is a passion! It’s about listening to our client’s specific needs and helping them successfully navigate the sale process from contract to close. We advocate for each client and routinely take on the stress of contract negotiations, home inspections, and managing the tight contract timelines so their clients can enjoy the smoothest possible process. Our strengths involve leveraging our vast local connections and professional network, utilizing the latest technologies, market data, pricing strategies, and staging acumen to exceed client expectations at every turn.
